Boarding House

Lucindale Area School’s Boarding House is situated adjacent to the school grounds. It is within walking distance of Lucindale’s town centre and facilities (which include a Post Office, Delicatessen and several Banking Agencies).

Lucindale Area School Boarding House aims to establish a ‘home away from home’ for students and provide an environment that supports students to achieve their educational goals. The Boarding House provides a caring and supportive environment, which enables students to develop their independence and take responsibility for their own actions. It provides an opportunity to live independently but with a sense of working together as a team and participating in the community. The facilities are clean, inviting and set on spacious grounds.

The Lucindale community is a strong, cohesive and inviting community who support the activities of the school. The community has a wide range of community sports available in both the summer and winter seasons and boarding house residents are encouraged to participate if they are interested.
