As part of Lucindale Area Schools’ extensive agriculture program students are involved in the running of a White Suffolk Stud through studying genetics, Australian Sheep Breeding Values and visual assessment of rams and ewes, selection of rams and semen to use in the stud, artificial insemination, monitoring lambing ewes, tagging and weighing new born lambs, lamb marking and general husbandry tasks.  Our stud is OJD MN1 and Brucellosis free accredited. Lucindale Area School White Suffolk’s are currently based on Woolumbool and Seriston genetics.  We are proud of our selection of rams produced each year and thank you kindly for your support of our students and Agricultural program.

Lucindale Area School’s White Suffolk Stud has been operational since 2017. With founding genetics built upon the well known Seriston and Woolumbool White Suffolk studs.

We are offering the public the oppourtunity to place a secret bid on a top quality sire who is in the top 10% for SHEARF5 and top 20% for TCP, EQ, LEQ, to further expose our stud.
