2021 Presentation Night

Presentation Night 2021
Presentation Night will be held on Monday, December 6th on the school oval at 6pm to celebrate our achievements for 2021. Students will be sitting in their class groups with their teachers supervising until the end of the evening. They are expected to be in neat, tidy school uniform and to bring a drink bottle with them. During the day we rehearse this event.
We are holding the event outside to help balance all of the complexities of Covid requirements and capacity limits for events of both the government and the Department for Education. All adults will be expected to sign in through the QR code or through the Covid sign in register that will be at the event. Chairs will be placed for social distancing, but family groups may shift them closer to sit together. Hand sanitiser will be available as well. Masks are not required as long as adults physically distance themselves from others. No one who is unwell should attend, even if slightly unwell.
Can we please remind all visitors that photography and videoing of your own child at school events is fine, but images of other students should not be shared on social media. We will have a photographer present to capture all of the award winners and publish on our social media and in our magazine, as we have the relevant permissions from families to do so.
In the event of inclement weather, families will be notified through School Stream, Facebook and Edsmart regarding the cancellation of the event. In lieu of this, a school assembly will be held later in the week to present awards, with only 2 family members of each award winner able to be present via RSVP.
If your child is unable to attend Presentation Night this year, could you please communicate this to your child’s class or home group teacher prior to the evening.
